Data Deletion Instructions

Submit a request

Email hello@rovano.io with the subject 'Data deletion request'. Include the email address or phone number connected to the account, the clinic or business name, and enough context for us to locate the relevant records. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, medical details, or identity-document images unless our support team specifically requests a secure verification method.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the request and verify that the requester is authorized.
• We identify active systems, processors, and the relevant clinic controller.
• We delete or anonymize eligible active data and disable associated access or provider links.
• We explain any information that must be retained for legal, security, audit, dispute, or backup-aging requirements.
• We confirm completion or provide the expected completion timeline.

Clinic patient requests

If the information belongs to a clinic patient, the clinic normally controls that record. Contact the clinic first when possible. Rovano will support the clinic's verified request and will not disclose patient information to an unverified requester.
